Initial Implementation of an ISO compliant management System

We offer initial implementation packages tailored to your needs. Packages typically include 5 stages of implementation based on what you need and are priced to be all inclusive (travel, on-site and off-site time, etc.) so that you know exactly how much you are investing in your organization.

A FULL INITIAL IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGE TYPICALLY INCLUDES 5 STAGES:

Stage 1: Documentation
Our team will review and discuss your current management system, and then custom design an ISO compliant management system and accompanying documentation.

Stage 2: Training
Your consultant will conduct training to the ISO standard requirements and the new management system for your team. Both onsite and offsite training are available.

Stage 3: Implementation
Our team gives your team time to implement the new management system. Your consultant will be available for coaching and support throughout this process.

Stage 4: Internal Audit
Your consultant will return to conduct an onsite detailed internal audit. The internal audit will generate findings to improve your system and prepare you for your external audit. Your consultant will provide you with coaching throughout the process and practical recommendations to address findings.

Stage 5: External Audit for Certification/Accreditation
Have your consultant onsite or on-call for support during your certification/accreditation audit.

Upgrade to New Version of Standard

ISO standard families are reviewed every 5 years to ensure that they are still relevant to the current marketplace. If changes are deemed necessary, there is a process that ISO follows to initiate changes. Read more about this process here. Once the revised standard is published, it is the responsibility of the certified/accredited organizations to also implement the new requirements in order to maintain certification/accreditation.
